The DBSA General Membership Meeting was held 13 November and attended by 10 members.
The meeting was brought to order and previous meeting notes and treasurers reports were given and approved.
The last scheduled workday for 2018 was held Sunday, 21 October. Multiple projects and trail maintenance was completed.
Completed work hours can be found on the Clubdbsa.org web site and will be finalized prior to 8 December meeting.
The annual family fun day was held Sunday, 28 October. Turn out was low but those who attended were treated to a great meal, fun competitions and prizes. We tabled the vote to continue this traditional benefit for members and addressed the fact we need to step up promoting our events so folks can plan and attend.
As with previous years, Grady’s bbq on bandera will be the site for annual renewals and elections from 1100am-1pm
Candidacies were declared for the 2019 board at the 13 November meeting. Nominees are listed below and current officers were nominated in their current positions unopposed. As per bylaws, the election will take place on 8 December annual renewal meeting. As with previous years, members renewing memberships at annual meeting will receive a discount.

Dual sport ride is scheduled for 1 December meeting at the Backyard Bistro in Pipe Creek (about a mile north of traffic light at pipe creek and hwy 16. Breakfast at 0830 with riders meeting 915. A hill climb event is scheduled on 6 January at Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Marble Falls, Tx. Interested parties should check out hidden falls web site.
