Default Annual December Meeting - 10% Discount For 2019 Renewals

The club's annual meeting is this coming Saturday, Dec 8, at Grady's BBQ, 7400 Bandera Rd. The meeting will start at 11:00 am and go until 2-3 pm (whenever folks stop coming by).

Officer elections for 2019 will be held as well as renewals/new signups for 2019. Renew or signup at the meeting and get a 10% discount on next years club dues. That works out to $200 for single and $250 for family memberships.

If you haven't worked your 16 work day hours then a $200 renewal penalty will be due. New members will still have the standard $10 one-time gate key deposit.

Hey carl. Is it still just cash or checks? No debit/credit cards?

They have had in the past couple of years, a cell phone app that will let them accept a credit card for payment. I assume the same will hold true for this meeting. YMMV

Yessir, the club has a couple of cubes to accept credit cards. We still take checks and cash. ;-)

I believe that we had 44 membership sign ups at the meeting. Not a bad start for 2019 and I signed up one more at Zars this weekend. Don, you missed a cold and muddy fun day. Conditions were a bit better than I expected though the water was just a couple of feet from the bottom of Crowder crossing.

Yeah JR weather looked great, but I knew there'd be mud.

I spent the day trying to get my head right...it didn't work. HAHA

I'll probably be out there Wed...I'll call you Tues and let you know for sure.

If no one else shows up I'll probably cruise around and hack at some of the face slappers.
